1. Service Scope
What We Provide
MMVQ offers technical production, AV equipment hire, and staging services for international corporate conferences and seminars in Dublin. Our team handles acoustic design, lighting setups, and large-scale event logistics. All services are delivered as agreed in the signed contract between MMVQ and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
Your Obligations
Clients must provide accurate event details, including venue specifications, attendee count, and schedule, at least 14 days before the event. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions from the venue. Failure to provide timely information may result in delays or additional charges.
3. Equipment and Setup
AV Hire Terms
All hired AV equipment remains the property of MMVQ until full payment is received. Clients are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Setup and teardown times are included in the quoted service hours; additional time is billed at the standard hourly rate.
4. Liability Limitations
Our Responsibility
MMVQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities or attendee dissatisfaction, arising from event execution. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that caused the claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Cancellation and Changes
Modifying or Canceling Orders
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event receive a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days incur a 50% charge. No refunds are given for cancellations within 14 days of the event. Changes to scope may affect pricing and availability.
6. Termination of Use
Ending the Agreement
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 7 days. Upon termination, the client must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. MMVQ reserves the right to refuse service for non-payment or repeated breaches.
7. Changes to Terms
Updates and Notifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact us at info@espaceevenementielmmvq.com.
